This isn’t about becoming
a ‘better’ you.
It’s about coming home to who you already are.

"Gloria helped me to gain self-acceptance through holding reflective space, doing some meditative practice with me and asking me lots of questions! Hearing myself helps. Thanks G!"
- Lynn, Mother of 3
"I did my strengths assessment 5 years ago, I could not own my strengths like competition and command. I practiced to be nice and nurturing but I still get negative feedback from my boss. It was frustrating and it was not until I had a conversation with Gloria that I formulate a plan to use my strengths. 6 sessions later, I now feel proud of my strengths, love how I am wired to be me!
- Jay Z., Manager
"Gloria played a great role in helping me navigate a period of change in my life. Through thought-provoking dialogue, deep listening, coupled with a warm and caring demeanor, she helped me sharpen my self-awareness and align my actions with my deeper aspirations. It was also very powerful when she combined coaching with NLP, which allowed me to embrace my whole self. Gloria brings an awesome blend of empathy, care and clarity, and I highly recommend her to anyone seeking mileage in their personal and professional development."

If you nodded to any of these, you don't need job search tactics.
You need career clarity.

HOW IT WORKS
The Career Clarity Process
Step 1: Discovery Call (20 min, FREE) We talk about where you're stuck and whether career clarity coaching is right for you.
Step 2: Assessment & Exploration (Session 1) We uncover what's really driving you using professional tools like Gallup StrengthsFinder and DISC.
Step 3: Strategic Direction Mapping (Session 2) We identify your optimal path forward based on your authentic strengths, values, and purpose.
Step 4: Your Action Plan (Session 3) You walk away with crystal-clear direction and a strategic plan for your next move.
Result: Confidence in your next career decision—whether that's staying and thriving, pivoting internally, or making a complete switch.
👉 At 25, I had the "dream job"—marketing at a listed company, luxury lifestyle, friends envious of my success.
But every Monday, I felt heavy. "Is this really it?"
When my mum got sick, I stopped pretending. I made my first pivot: Marketing → HR. People said I was crazy. But I found purpose—helping others grow.
Then, at my early 40s, I was retrenched. I thought it only happened to "senior folks." Not me.
I had to rebuild—training projects, coaching, freelancing—all while caring for my mum in palliative care. Eventually, I pivoted back to HR in the private sector, with time for what truly mattered.
Here's what I learned:
Career transitions aren't about escaping what you hate. They're about moving toward what aligns with who you are.
That's why I became a coach. I've lived it twice. I know what it takes to find clarity and make confident pivots.
Now I help mid-career professionals do the same.
